Photo of the Day Thursday 26th July 2012 – Not the Quality Spa Resort Hotel in Norefjell
Thought for the day…” Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. – Mark Twain “
Down to southern Africa for the photo and to the small, independant country of Lesotho, which is completely surrounded by South Africa. About 2 million people live in this country, whose currency is called the Loti. Approximately 1/3 of the population is affected by AIDS, although the bad economic situation, high unemployment and the weak currency are also big problems here. All of the country lies above 1000m. This photo shows a quiet rural scene, with not much happening apart from the usual waiting around.
Happy not to be working at the Quality Spa Resort in Norefjell, and not missing the managers there at all.
