Another aviation photo today and a classic aircraft, the Lockheed Super Constellation. It first flew in 1943 and was still in airline service up to the 1990s. In 1947 Pan Am operated the first ever regular around the world service. The Constellation was also the first pressurized airliner in service. In 1957 a Constellation flew from Los Angeles to London in 18 hours and 32 minutes, and a Constellation flight for TWA from London to San Francisco stayed airborne for 23 hours and 19 minutes.
